Renaissance Chicago O'Hare Suites Hotel

The front desk lady was pleasant, greeted by name and recognized my titanium status. The hot tub and pool were clean and the area was well kept. The gym was spacious and had many options. The room, hallways and executive lounge smelled really good. I will return to this property. I hope it’s always this good.

Unfortunately due to a plane delay, I missed my connection home. I am quite pleased to say that my stay here was most comfortable and accommodating. From beginning to end, it was a seamless experience. The shuttle driver was helpful, the desk staff were terrific and overall, the service was impeccable. The restaurant dinner was tasty and Becky, the waitress, was amazing! She made me forget I was a weary traveler and treated me like a queen on a holiday, making sure I had everything I needed. When I come to Chicago again, the Renaissance will be my hotel of choice!

Had a great experience at the Renaissance Chicago O'Hare. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice lobby with a lot of spaces for relaxing, talking, and socializing. The bar was great and the food was delicious. I gave the indoor pool and spa a try and enjoyed my time. The pool area was clean, well stocked with towels and places to sit. The pool is warm but not too warm. The hot tub is spacious and just hit enough.

My girlfriend flew in from California to stay here while on break from medical school, and our experience was great. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. There were plenty of outlets, lots of lighting, and multiple TVs. The bathroom was spacious and had all the essentials. Parking was $25 a night, which is very standard for the area. Honestly, I had zero complaints I don’t understand why others seem to criticize this hotel so much. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Had to stay here due to some travel disruptions with United, was blown away by the Service of the front desk. Extremely nice and accommodating, lobby restaurant was amazing and the rooms were great. I will definitely be back next time I stay in Chicago solely based on how great the staff was. I didn’t catch her name but the check in Lady working the evening shift on Feb 16th was absolutely amazing.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied, but... Some toiletries in the guest room had been opened, and the staff didn't offer any explanation—they just replaced them with new ones... I hope management will address this issue further.

Hotel of a lifetime from one phenomenal experience. I was drawn in by the covered parking and free airport shuttle but got more thank can pray for. Literally felt like a lifetime movie. Even the Female security guard showed me love. Maria and Natalie at Starbucks are truly amazing. I was so blessed to have shopped at this Starbucks. I was having a very bad day and they were both beyond the angels I needed. Who would've known a hot chocolate could come with so much love. I'm grateful for the good people in this world and those two are definitely in the right business. I'm a happy customer and person thanks to them. I'd recommend and stay at this location anyday. Adam at the front desk was also very kind and helpful assisting me. Beautiful location with beautiful souls.

Amazing place to live near the International Airport in Chicago area. The best part is they provide shuttle service too. Awesome interior and service. I was here for a meeting and the food service was also awesome. Not sure if they had done catering but the meeting rooms were just about right. The rooms were spacious also.
